These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://www.mahalegalservices.in and the Leave & License Agreement registration services offered by Maha Legal Services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

Maha Legal Services provides documentation assistance, drafting, online e-registration coordination, and doorstep biometric verification support for Leave & License Agreements in Maharashtra. We act as a facilitation and documentation service, not as a government authority.

2. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete and genuine documents. Any delay, rejection, or penalty arising from incorrect or fraudulent information supplied by the client is the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Charges & Payments

Charges quoted via our Registration Charges Calculator are indicative estimates. Government stamp duty and registration fees are determined by the Maharashtra Government and may vary. Final charges are confirmed after document review and must be paid in full before registration is completed.

4. Turnaround Time

While we aim to complete registration within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documents and biometric verification, actual timelines may vary based on Sub-Registrar office slot availability and government portal processing times.

5. Limitation of Liability

Maha Legal Services shall not be liable for delays or issues arising from government system downtime, incorrect client-provided information, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Palghar, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
